This book opens the topic of a woman's role in the sexual addiction of her partner. Even though it is written for women, it's applicable to anyone involved with a sex addict (man or woman). This book examines relationships founded on sexual addiction or discovered later. The authors advocate that a relationship can heal even if one partner is aware of the problem. Ideally, this book advocates a joint recovery, uncovery, and discovery of the problems that result in a relationship with a sex addict. I read it from my perspective as a man and found that it gives both the addict and the enabler insight into each other's perceptions and responsibility for relationship problems. Overall, a must read for a sex addict and their partner.
